We love new Christmas Traditions! This year we launched a brand new children's program on Wednesday nights for grades 3-5 called The Grove. It's been an incredible new group that the children look forward to every week! This month we started a new Grove Christmas Tradition - We filmed a music video to be shown at Christmas in the Orchard.

For over a decade we've had a tradition at Solid Rock Youth - we serve Christmas dinner to the seniors at our church. At the Seniors Tea out students served food. They entertained with music, dance and magic. Lets make conversation between generations less of an annual tradition and more of an everyday practice. We have so much to gain and to learn from year other!

At Christmas in the Orchard we sang a adaptation Let it Go from Frozen, re-written by Sharalyn Dixon, which tells the story of the Israelites being rescued from Egypt by God. Our new song is called Let Them Go. The story is told through a conversation between Pharaoh and Moses.
