We would like to encourage you to join our church family at New Minas Baptist Church (NMBC). 

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and seeking to follow Him but have never been baptized, then we encourage you to take this next step in your journey of faith with us. 

If you have been baptized by immersion and are a member at another Baptist Church, we encourage you to transfer your membership to our church so that you can play an integral role in our ministry. If you have been baptized by immersion and are a member at a church that is not Baptist, then you can join our church by “experience”. 

In order to become a member at NMBC, you will need to complete two NEXT STEPS sessions (Discover Membership class and S.H.A.P.E.), have an interview with two members of our Membership Team and finally, be affirmed as a member by the congregation. At the interview you will be called upon to give a statement about your conversion, Christian life and testimony, and to affirm your desire to be involved in the ministry at NMBC.
