/“Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying? You will just be speaking into the air.” 1 Corinthians 14:9
JOIN us this SUNDAY morning onsite at 9:15 & 11:00 and online at 11:00 as Josy-Anne LeBel shares about her ministry with Pioneer Bible Translators.
The Governance Board has met numerous times this past month and is working diligently to bring on an interim senior pastor. We’ll continue to provide regular updates to the congregation.
UPCOMING Women's Bible Study is called, "Seamless." continues on Thursdays at 7:00pm in the Multipurpose Room. This next study focuses on the Bible being one complete story. "Seamless" is a six-week Bible study designed to help women understand the Bible as one unified story rather than a collection of disconnected parts. Through clear teaching and thoughtful reflection, Angie Smith weaves together key people, events, and themes from Genesis to Revelation, showing how every part of Scripture points to God’s redemptive plan through Jesus Christ.
This study is ideal for women who feel intimidated by the Bible or want a stronger grasp of the “big picture.” Seamlesshelps participants build confidence in reading Scripture, recognize connections between the Old and New Testaments, and grow in their understanding of God’s faithfulness across history. It’s accessible, engaging, and well-suited for group discussion and personal application.
Please register for the group by either filling out this form https://nmbc.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/547/responses/new or visiting the connection desk on Sunday mornings. Cost of the work book is $31 (if cost is an issue for any reason, please let Pastor Al al.kirkbride@nmbc.ca know and the church will help cover the cost).

Living With Loss: Group Grief Counselling. Are you struggling to navigate a difficult loss? Grief can be overwhelming, confusing and lonely. Understanding grief can help you make sense of your emotions, regain a sense of control, and take the first steps toward healing. Living With Loss offers a safe, small group setting where you will join others who have experienced different types of loss, explore what grief looks like, how it affects us, and what we can do to cope. Grief affects everyone differently, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work toward healing—one step at a time. This March, we’re inviting seekers, skeptics, and question-askers to explore life’s biggest questions together, through Alpha. Alpha is a welcoming space for people who are curious about faith, Jesus, and the meaning of life. No pressure. No judgment. Just honest conversations in a friendly environment. Each Alpha night includes food, a short video, and open discussion. You don’t need to have the answers — just a willingness to ask the questions. If you're interested in volunteering, there are several ways to help; host table conversations, prepare meals, pray, or simply be present. If you have a heart for people who are searching, Alpha is one of the most powerful ways to serve. Please reach out to Pastor Al al.kirkbride@nmbc.ca or Danielle Delong danielle.m.delong@gmail.com
