In the event of an emergency involving the registered person, we will do our best to contact parents/guardians as soon as possible using the contact information provided.  

As a part of our ministries at New Minas Baptist Church, we regularly take photos and record videos during our programs and events.  This media may be used for promotional purposes within our church, the community, and on the internet. Our commitment is to do everything we can to ensure the security of all who participate in our programs and events. We will not distribute media or other information we receive for any purpose outside our organization.

By filling out this form and participating in our programs or events, you are giving consent for this media and information to be stored by us for use as described above, and/or to contact you about future events and programs.
