THIS WEEKEND

THIS SUNDAY - Join us at 9:15 and 11am for Sunday Worship as Pastor Daniel brings the fifth message in our sermon based small group series ABRAHAM: FAITH TO FOLLOW with Part 5: Heart Transforming Grace.  We will look at how we can have faith to follow and hold to God’s promises even when things seem uncertain.  There’s still time to get plugged into a small group if you’re not already in one. Simply contact Pastor Daniel (daniel.cormier@nmbc.ca).

SMALL GROUPS ALSO MEET AT THE CHURCH Sundays during second service (In Café Library Room B6), Wednesday nights (External Building) from 6:45-8:00pm and on Thursday nights at 7:30pm in the Board Room (C6).

2018 Annual Congregational Meeting.jpg

DOCUMENTS for the Annual Congregational Meeting on February 17 are available. The documents can be reviewed by downloading the documents from http://bit.ly/NMBCToday or by picking up a copy of the report book at the Welcome Centre. The governance board will be proposing some revisions to NMBC’s by-laws and regulations at the annual business meeting, which can be reviewed in the package. If you have any questions please contact the Moderator, Jeremy Bast at (902) 580-7025 or jeremy.bast@outlook.com.

2018 BUDGET / NOMINATING REPORT - We did not have a quorum present at the October 2017 business meeting to pass the 2018 budget and nominating report. However, these documents were presented and discussed at that meeting. Therefore, we will not do a thorough “re-presentation” of them at the February 2018 annual meeting. We would encourage you to review these documents prior to the meeting and come prepared to ask any questions that you might have.

"May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:5-6
