This session will offer you a bird’s eye view to the structure of the Bible, which will help you to understand how each book fits into the grand scheme of God’s story.

THE BIBLE IN YOUR HANDS - 66 books. 40+ authors. Written over a period of 1,500 years. God’s Word to us comes from different people in different circumstances and through different types of literature. How do we today, far removed from the events and the authors, approach the Bible and understand the Bible that we hold in our hands? Join Wade White for an 8-week elective on Interpreting the Bible, beginning January 14 during service 1. Learn about the different types of literature in the Bible and how to properly read them, understand why we have different English translations, and be introduced to some Bible study tools.
