1st SATURDAY MEN'S FELLOWSHIP - Our monthly men’s fellowship event will be held this Saturday, Nov 4 at 8am. Our special speaker will be Colin Kelly, who will address the 5-W's (who, what, where, when, why) and how of his "Faith" walk in Christ.  We will gather in the Multipurpose Room.  Following his message, we will meet, greet, and eat at the Lion’s Club Breakfast next door at the Louis Millett Complex.

REMINDER:  Don't forget - Daylight Savings Time ends this weekend (November 6th)!  Set your clocks back 1 hour (Fall Back) before you go to bed Saturday night.


THIS SUNDAY - Join us at 9:15 and 11am for Sunday Worship.  This Sunday we will commemorate civilians and military personnel who lost their lives in armed conflicts and Pastor Daniel will continue our There Is No Place Like Home series with Part 7, Family Members with key scripture 1 Cor. 12:12-27.  We will also recognize the 1st ever CBAC Sunday with a special offering to support our common work as Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada.

NATIVITY KICK OFF PARTY (This Sunday, Nov 5 @ 6:30pm) - Don’t miss this fun evening of carol singing, updates and celebration as we prepare to launch our 3rd Annual Live Nativity. You are invited to bring a favourite christmas dessert or snack to share.

INN FROM THE COLD - The new season of Inn From the Cold begins November 6.  NMBC will be supplying emergency shelter (in partnership with Open Arms and local policing services) on Monday nights during our colder months.  You can support this ministry by:
    •    donating $5.00 tim cards that will provide our guests a hot breakfast;
    •    signing up to provide a hot meal and/or snacks for guests
    •    or by bcoming an evening or overnight host for guests.

2017 ECUMENICAL ADVENT SERVICE - Join us at NMBC for an evening of seasonal music featuring local choirs and music teams from area churches on Sunday, November 26 at 6:30pm.


FILL THE PILL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN - For those participating in the Hadassa House “Fill the Pill” fundraiser, toonie bottles will be collected at the beginning of December.  Once filled, simply write your contact information on the label and return the bottle to NMBC.


FALL SESSION OF EVBA - The 2017 Fall Session of the EVBA will be hosted by the Centreville Baptist Church (870 Murray Drive - west off of Highway 359) on Saturday, November 4th.  The church doors will be open by 8:15 am for registration. 8:55am is the scheduled opening of the Fall Association.  Special CMB guests Aaron and Erica Kenny are scheduled to share their presentation by 9:15am, and Darrell Bustin is scheduled for 10:55am.  Lunch is scheduled for 1:00pm.
