PRAYER ADVOCATE MINISTRY - The prayer advocate ministry was established a year ago, partnering youth in grades 4-8 with an adult in our church willing to pray for them throughout the week. The prayer advocates receive a prayer card with a photo of your child, their name, age, grade and birthday on it. We are currently in need of another male prayer advocate for a youth who has just signed up.   We are privileged to be able to facilitate this ministry for you and would love to hear from parents and advocates with any questions you might have. You can reach us at arlj.jamieson@gmail.com or by phoning 902-670-4956. ~ Andrew and Laurel Jamieson.
DRIVERS NEEDED for the Mohamad family. Abdin and Hanifa both attend English classes twice a week in Kentville. There are also various appointments that come up and require drivers. If you can assist in this way, we would love to hear from you. Contact Mark Pearce at markwpearce@gmail.com or Laurel Jamieson at laureljamieson@gmail.com

PRAYER MINISTRY HIGHLIGHT:  MEN!  Are you aware that there are men who gather early on Wednesday mornings to pray?  Thirty-one years ago, in 1986, four young men from NMBC began meeting together to pray at 6:30am before they had to go to work, and this prayer time is still happening in 2017.  What better way to begin your morning before facing a busy day at work?  All men are welcome and encouraged to come out to the external building at the front of the parking lot at 6:30am on Wednesday mornings.  Hebrews 10:25
