OFFICE HOURS - Current office hours are 8:30am-1pm daily.

PRAYER ADVOCATE MINISTRY  - This ministry is applicable to you if you are a parent with a youth in Grades 4-8 or if you are an adult (prayer advocate) who would be willing to pray consistently for one of these youth.   As parents with now grown children, we know the effect that prayer has had in their lives. We believe that our children face challenges at school, at home and with friends and for them to know that there is another adult in our church family who cares about them and is willing to pray for them, can be both comforting and encouraging.  The prayer advocates will receive a prayer card with a photo of your child, their name, age, grade and birthday on it. For those currently part of this ministry, we are seeing the need to update the cards, so parents, please forward all current information to arlj.jamieson@gmail.com . Also, if you would like a recent photo on their card, please send that along as well.  We will process new cards and get them to your child's prayer advocate.   We are privileged to be able to facilitate this ministry for you and look forward to hearing from you soon. Any questions can be directed to arlj.jamieson@gmail.com or by phoning 902-670-4956. ~ Andrew and Laurel Jamieson.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Children & Youth Ministry - Join our team and point the next generations to Jesus! LORI NOSEWORTHY’S MISSION TRIP TO BOLIVIA - "It was a great privilege to travel to Bolivia with the Canadian Baptist Ministries' Praxis program last month. Our team of four Canadian students and a professor, along with four Bolivian students, spent time with the CBM staff in Bolivia. We studied the environment from the perspective of Creation Care, We also learned some of what our Global Field Staff do in Bolivia, and how they support the Bolivian Baptists in integral mission. We visited schools and after-school programs for children in difficult family circumstances and saw some projects that support vulnerable families in both rural and urban settings. We worshiped in both large and small churches and at the Baptist Seminary in Cochabamba. I was encouraged to see God's work in a different cultural context and to learn that we are more alike than we are different."
