Adult Small Groups (LIFE Groups)
"LIFE Groups" (Small Group Home Bible Studies)
What Is A LIFE Group?
A LIFE Group is a gathering of people who meet regularly to encourage and support one another in their spiritual journey.
When And Where Do These Groups Meet?
LIFE Groups meet on various days and nights of the week in homes throughout the community, while some groups meet at the church. Each group has a facilitator/leader who may also provide the host home for the gathering.
Why Should I Join A LIFE Group?
NMBC is always interested in growing! That's why the church places such emphasis on small groups. By getting "smaller" (meeting regularly to connect in caring, safe and authentic environments) the groundwork is laid for multi-layered growth to occur. Eph. 4:16 says, "From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." Join hundrends of others and be part of the excitement. There's a group for you. Join one today!
What About Childcare?
We leave it up to each family to work out their own childcare. Sometimes it works best for families to share a sitter or to swap childcare with another family whose group meets on a different evening or time.
What Will We Study?
Most LIFE Groups choose to study different curriculum based on group interest. The facilitator/leader has a list of options available.
How Do I Join a LIFE Group?
Simply call the Group Leader of the study you would like to participate in, or email/call the church, or email Pastor Mark Sypher.
