Membership At New Minas Baptist

We would like to encourage you to join our church family at New Minas. How do I become a member? What are the steps I need to take?

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and are seeking to follow Him and have never been baptized, we would encourage you to do so. Here is a short video of what it is like to be baptized at New Minas Baptist.

If you have been baptized by immersion and are a member at another Baptist Church, we would encourage you to transfer your membership to this church so that you might play a more integral role in our ministry.

If you have been baptized by immersion and are a member at a church that is not Baptist, you can join our church by “experience”.

An interview with members of the Deacon Ministry precedes membership at New Minas. At that interview you would be called upon to give a statement about your conversion, Christian life and testimony to affirm your desire to be involved in the ministry at New Minas.
